Data Deletion Instructions

1. Who this applies to

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data Realtevo AI (operated by Surroundings Enterprise LLC, with operational governance conducted through Realtevo Investments LLC) holds about you. It applies to Command Center account holders, leads who submitted a form to us, and anyone who interacted with Realtevo AI through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or another Meta product, including Facebook Login and Meta lead forms.

2. What we delete

• Your account profile and contact details (name, email address, phone number, company)
• Form submissions, onboarding answers and lead records we hold about you
• Data received from Meta products on your behalf, including page, ad-account and lead-form data connected to your workspace
• Stored access tokens for any Google or Meta integration you connected — these are revoked and deleted immediately
• Conversation history with our AI agents, voice-call logs and message logs

We may retain records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices and consent logs) for the period required by law, and we keep a minimal suppression entry so we do not contact you again.

3. How to request deletion

Choose either option:

• Email: send a request to privacy@realtevoai.com from the address on your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the Facebook Page or ad account you connected, if any.
• Inside the Command Center: sign in at app.realtevoai.com, disconnect your integrations under Settings, then reply to any account email asking us to delete the account.

If you removed the Realtevo AI app from your Facebook settings, Meta sends us a deletion signal and we process it the same way — no separate request is needed, but you are welcome to email us for confirmation.

4. Timeline and confirmation

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Backups are purged on their normal rotation, no later than 90 days after your request.
